SHIPPING PROCESS & FEES

We’re a small studio, so it may take up to 7 DAYS for us to pack your order. This is does NOT include shipping time. Shipping price will be displayed while placing your order. We do our best to provide our customers with fair shipping rates based on accurate weighting of our goods.

 

DELIVERY

DOUBLE CHECK your dress, size, and payement information.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been shipped.

If you don't receive your tracking information of making your order then please contact us at info@vacarmeofthefirtfloor.com.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow up to 15 days for EU orders and up to 3 weeks for overseas orders before placing a lost or stolen request at info@vacarmeofthefirstfloor.com.

RETURN POLICIES

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES , OR CANCELLATIONS.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
